Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Coachmen Prism PRC24MB motorhomes. The Federal Information label may indicate the incorrect number of seat belts installed, resulting in an incorrect cargo carrying capacity.
Risk: Incorrect cargo carrying capacity information may result in an overloaded vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Forest River will mail new labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 13, 2024. Owners may contact Forest River Customer Service at 1-574-825-8487. Forest River's number for this recall is 215-1747. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Prism Class C motorhomes. The furnace may overheat and cause a crack in the burn chamber, which can allow carbon monoxide to enter the cabin.
Risk: Carbon monoxide inside the passenger cabin increases the risk of injury or death.
Remedy: Dealers will install the correct cold air return, grill, and heating ducts as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 14, 2024. Risk: A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect the quick disconnect, and tighten if necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 29, 2022.
