ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:ALTERNATOR/GENERATOR/REGULATOR

Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2024 Convoy, 2023-2026 GH1, 2025 GT1, and 2026 GH2 motorhomes equipped with 2.0 liter engine. The secondary alternator controller programming was not properly updated.

Risk: Improper programming can cause the engine to stall, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will install a wire harness and update the alternator programming, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 19, 2025. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-145. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.

TIRES:TEMPORARY/EMERGENCY SPARE TIRE

Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2024 Tiffin Convoy, 2022 Cahaba, and 2023, 2025 Tiffin GH1 motorhomes. The wheel bolts for the spare tire may be missing.

Risk: A spare tire that is installed without the correct bolts can detach, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Tiffin will mail the wheel bolts for the spare tire, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 27, 2024. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-140. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.

EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:ACCESSORY GENERATOR:SOLAR PANEL

Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Convoy and GH-1 motorhomes. The bracket that secures the solar panel to the roof may crack and break, which can cause the solar panel to detach.

Risk: A detached solar panel can become a road hazard and increase the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 21, 2024. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-136. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.
