SERVICE BRAKES, AIR:SUPPLY:QUICK RELEASE VALVE

International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2023-2026 LT and RH vehicles. The auto neutral function may not recognize that the parking brake has been applied, failing to shift the transmission into neutral.

Risk: The transmission remaining in gear may allow the vehicle to move unexpectedly, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the quick release valve on the rear axle, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed March 9, 2026. Owners will receive another notice once remedy becomes available. Owners may contact International's customer service at 1-800-448-7825. International's number for this recall is 25524. SERVICE BRAKES, AIR

International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2023-2026 LT and 2024-2025 RH trucks. The Hill Start Assist (HSA) exhaust port may become clogged, delaying or preventing the release of the service brakes.

Risk: Brakes that are still engaged while driving increase the risk of crash.

Remedy: Dealers will relocate the HSA valve exhaust, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 15, 2025. Owners may contact International customer service at 1-800-448-7825. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE, SERVICE BRAKES, AIR:ANTILOCK:CONTROL UNIT/MODULE

International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Lonestar, 2021-2025 RH, HV, MV, LT, HX, and 2022 PROSTAR vehicles, equipped with Bendix EC80 Advanced Electronic Control Units (ECU). Electrical noise and low signal to the power line carrier may cause the ECU to incorrectly process commands or stop working.

Risk: Safety systems that depend on the ECU (Automatic Traction Control, ABS, Electronic Stability Control, Active Cruise Control, and Collison Mitigation System) may have diminished or lost functionality, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: International will work with Bendix to reprogram the ECU software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 16, 2024. Navistar, Inc. (Navistar) is recalling certain 2024 International HX, LT, RH and 2024-2025 International HV, MV trucks and 2024 IC Bus CE commercial buses. The steering gear assemblies may have been assembled incorrectly with fewer recirculating balls than are required, which may result in a loss of steering control.

Risk: A loss of steering control increases the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the defective gears, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 30, 2024. SERVICE BRAKES, AIR:ANTILOCK:ABS WARNING LIGHT

Navistar, Inc. (Navistar) is recalling certain 2021-2024 International HV, HX, LoneStar, LT, MV, eMV, and RH trucks, and IC Bus CE, 2021-2023 IC Bus RE, and 2022-2023 IC Bus TC Commercial Buses. The anti-lock brake system (ABS) indicator light does not remain illuminated when a malfunction exists, and when the vehicle's ignition switch is on, and the vehicle is in motion. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 121, "Air Brake Systems."

Risk: An ABS indicator light that fails to remain illuminated will not alert the driver of an ABS malfunction, which could increase the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Towing variant vehicles under this campaign will not be repaired under recall 24V-8918. Dealers will update the software, free of charge. EXTERIOR LIGHTING:BACK UP LIGHTS

Navistar, Inc. (Navistar) is recalling certain 2000-2003 International 8100, 2001-2003 International 9100i, 2001-2007 International 9400i, 2001-2010 International 9200i, 2002-2007, 2009 International 8500, 2003-2007, 2013 International 9900i, 2003-2018 International 8600, 2004, 2007 International 9900iX, 2008-2018 International ProStar, 2010-2011, 2013, 2016 International LoneStar, 2011-2012, 2016 International 4400, 2017-2024 International LT, 2018-2024 International RH, 2019-2021 International LS, 2019-2024 International MV vehicles. The back-up lights offer low visibility when the vehicle is in reverse and bobtail mode. Also, the vehicles have not been equipped with additional unobstructed back-up lights. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

Risk: Low visibility or obstructed back up lights may not alert other drivers that the vehicle is backing up, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the existing rear stop/turn signal lights, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 06, 2024. Navistar, Inc. (Navistar) is recalling certain 2021-2024 International LT and RH trucks. The engine control module (ECM) may be unresponsive to throttle pedal application, which can cause the vehicle to unexpectedly slow to idle speed on the road.

Risk: A vehicle that unexpectedly slows to idle speed on the roadway can increase the risk of a crash.
