Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Forest River Work and Play, 2024-2026 East to West Takoda, Coachmen Chaparral, 2025-2026 Shasta Phoenix, 2023-2025 Forest River Riverstone, 2022-2026 Coachmen Adrenaline, and 2025 Forest River Cedar Creek fifth wheel travel trailers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.

Risk: A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 18, 2026. Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Coachmen Catalina, Forest River Aurora, Cascade, Cedar Creek, Cherokee, Sandpiper, Sierra, 2025 Campsite Reserve, Impression, Pause, Puma, Sabre, Salem, Vengeance, and Wildwood fifth wheel and travel trailers, equipped with a removable step assembly. The clip-on bracket mounting bolts may come loose, allowing the steps to detach.

Risk: Steps that detach while in use increase the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and repair or replace the clip-on bracket as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 28, 2025. SUSPENSION:MULTIPLE AXLE, TIRES

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2025 Cedar Creek CRT40RDE Fifth Wheel trailers. Undersized axles and tires may have been installed, which can lead to a tire detaching. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 120, "Wheels and Rims - Other Than Passenger Cars."

Risk: A detached tire increases the risk of crash.

Remedy: Dealers will replace axles and tires, free of charge. The two affected vehicles have not been sold from dealer inventory and therefore no owner letters will be mailed.
