Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Entegra Ethos recreational vehicles. The Occupant and Cargo Carrying Capacity (OCCC) and Tire Loading Information labels state an incorrect number of seat belt equipped seating positions, which can result in unbelted passengers. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, “Tire Selection and Rims.”

Risk: Unbelted passengers may not be properly restrained in a crash, increasing their risk of injury.

Remedy: Jayco will mail corrected labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 22, 2026. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903653. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2025 Entegra Ethos, Ethos LI, Jayco Swift and Swift LI vehicles. The Tire and Loading Information Label incorrectly lists the tire load range. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."

Risk: Incorrect tire and load range information could cause owners to select underrated replacement tires, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will install a new corrected label, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 19, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco Customer Service at 800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903614. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.

BACK OVER PREVENTION: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA

Jayco Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Entegra Ethos, Ethos LI, Arc, Jayco Swift, Swift LI, and Comet motorhomes. The radio software may prevent the rearview image from displaying. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."

Risk: A rearview camera image that does not display decreases the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: The radio software will be updated through an over-the-air (OTA) update or by a dealer, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed September 27, 2024.
