EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY:WHEELCHAIR RESTRAINTS/SECUREMENT:CRITICAL FASTENERS

Endera Motors (Endera) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Shuttle transit buses. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

Risk: An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 29, 2026. Owners may contact Endera customer service at 419-523-3593. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.

Endera Motors (Endera) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Shuttle transit buses equipped with wheel chair restraint retractors. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

Risk: An unlocked wheelchair can move during transit or during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 21, 2025. Owners may contact Endera customer service at 419-523-3593. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.
