EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY:WHEELCHAIR RESTRAINTS/SECUREMENT:CRITICAL FASTENERS

Coach and Equipment Mfg. Corp. (Coach and Equipment) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Phoenix and 2026 Metrolite buses, equipped with certain QRT-360 wheelchair retractors. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

Risk: An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 1, 2026. Owners may contact Coach and Equipment customer service at 1-800-724-8464. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.
