FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:DELIVERY:FUEL PUMP

Bombardier Recreational Products, Inc. (Bombardier) is recalling certain 2019-2023 Can-Am Ryker motorcycles. The impeller may swell, causing the high-pressure fuel pump to fail.

Risk: A fuel pump failure can cause an engine stall while driving, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the fuel pump as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 27, 2024. Owners may contact Bombardier customer service at 1-888-272-9222. Bombardier's number for this recall is Bulletin 2023-10. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING

Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP) is recalling certain 2019-2023 Ryker motorcycles. The position light and flasher electrical harnesses in the front fenders may loosen and rub on the tire, leading to a short circuit and resulting in an engine stall while driving.

Risk: An engine stall while driving increases the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will secure the two harnesses, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 9, 2022. Owners may contact Bombardier customer service at 1-888-272-9222. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.

Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. (BRP) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Can-Am Ryker motorcycles. The wheel nuts may crack, causing the wheels to loosen.

Risk: Loose wheels may cause a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: BRP will notify owners, and dealers will replace the wheel nuts, free of charge. The recall began October 17, 2019. Owners may contact BRP customer service at 1-888-272-9222. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.
