STRUCTURE:FRAME AND MEMBERS

Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Allegro Bay motorhomes. The subframe truss may collapse and pinch the electrical wiring, causing an electrical arc.

Risk: Electrical arcing increases the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will reinforce the trusses, and repair damage as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 8, 2024. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-142. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:12V/24V/48V BATTERY

Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Allegro Bay motorhomes. The standard house batteries may shift position during travel, which can cause the battery terminals to contact the steel hold-down bar.

Risk: Battery terminals that contact the steel hold-down bar can cause electrical arcing and increase the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will install a new battery hold-down bar and angle brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 29, 2024. EQUIPMENT:RECREATIONAL VEHICLE/TRAILER:LPG SYSTEMS

Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2024 Allegro Open Road and Allegro Bay motorhomes. The 32-inch hard line LPG hose fitting may not fit correctly, which can cause a fuel leak.

Risk: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the 32-inch hose with a 40-inch hose, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed January 28, 2024.
