Terex South Dakota, Inc.

EQUIPMENT:MECHANICAL:BOOM/CRANE/LADDER:HOSES/CABLES/RODS/GEARS/STRUT/CYLINDER

Terex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2023-2024 TL80, TL80/112, TL100, and TM vehicles. The jib extension hydraulic cylinder rod may have a weak weld that can fail.

Risk: A failed weld can result in the cylinder rod separating from the cylinder, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the jib extension cylinders, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 7, 2024. Owners may contact Terex customer service at 1-605-882-4000. Terex's number for this recall is SN732. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.

Terex South Dakota, Inc.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE, EQUIPMENT:MECHANICAL:BOOM/CRANE/LADDER:CONTROLS/CONTROL WIRING

Terex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2022-2023 TM vehicles. The master leveling controller may lose the ability to level the platform if power is lost while squeezing the enable trigger.

Risk: A platform that cannot maintain a level position increases the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will reprogram or replace the leveling controller, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 1, 2024. Owners may contact Terex customer service at 1-605-882-4000. Terex's number for this recall is SN728. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.
