ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING

Temsa is recalling certain 2021-2025 TS30, TS35, and 2021-2026 TS45 buses equipped with a Mux5-B multiplex. The temporary bus stop valve may activate unintentionally and apply the brakes, causing them to overheat.

Risk: Brakes that overheat can increase the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Temsa will inspect the multiplex, update the software, and repair the wiring harness as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 11, 2025. Owners may contact Temsa customer service at 1-833-628-3672. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.

FUEL SYSTEM, DIESEL:FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM:FUEL RAIL

Temsa (Temsa) is recalling certain 2020 TS45 motorcoaches equipped with certain Cummins X12 diesel engines. The fuel tubes between the fuel rail and the injectors for cylinders four, five, and six may fatigue and crack, which can result in a high pressure fuel leak.

Risk: A high pressure fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

Remedy: On engines with 75 miles or less, dealers will install vibration isolators to the fuel tubes. Engines with more than 75 miles will receive new fuel tubes with vibration isolators, free of charge. The manufacturer has not yet provided a schedule for recall notification. Owners may contact Temsa's customer service at 1-833-628-3672. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.
