ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

Storyteller Overland, LLC (Storyteller) is recalling certain 2023 Mode LT recreational vehicles. The exterior shore power inlet may have been improperly tightened.

Risk: An improperly tightened shore power inlet may overheat, increasing the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the shore power inlets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 19, 2025. Owners may contact Storyteller customer service at 1-888-999-7442. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.

Storyteller Overland is recalling certain 2022-2023 Ford Transit Storyteller Mode LT motorhomes. The tire and loading information label may indicate an incorrect tire size and pressure. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."

Risk: Incorrect tire information can allow an incorrectly sized tire to be installed or result in improperly inflated tires, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Storyteller Overland will mail corrected labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 17, 2023. Owners may contact Storyteller Overland customer service at 1-888-999-7442. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING

Storyteller Overland (Storyteller) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Storyteller Mode LT motorhomes. The wires connecting the secondary alternator to the auxiliary power system may be improperly routed, allowing them to contact the CV axle shaft and damage the wires.

Risk: Damaged or frayed wires can cause an electrical short, increasing the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will reroute the wiring and add a heat shield. In addition, wires will be inspected for damage and replaced as necessary. Repairs will be performed free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 21, 2022. Owners may contact Storyteller customer service at 1-888-999-7442. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.
