ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING:FUSES AND CIRCUIT BREAKERS

Reading Truck Equipment, LLC (Reading) is recalling certain 2021-2024 dump body trucks. Inadequate clearance may allow the hood to contact the main electrical fuse terminal.

Risk: Contact with the main fuse terminal can cause electrical arcing, increasing the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and relocate fuse terminal and fuse, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 25, 2024. Owners may contact Reading customer service at 1-800-458-2226. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.
