SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:PEDALS AND LINKAGES
Oshkosh Corporation (Oshkosh Defense) is recalling certain 2025-2026 NGDV vehicles. The mounting pin and retaining clip that retain the brake actuator rod to the brake pedal may not have been installed.
Risk: An unsecured brake pedal can separate from the actuator, causing a loss of braking ability and increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Oshkosh Defense will inspect and install the mounting pin and retaining clip as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on February 16, 2026. Oshkosh Corporation (Oshkosh Defense) is recalling certain 2025 NGDV vehicles. The rear axle hub fasteners may loosen, causing the wheel to detach.
Risk: A detached wheel can cause a loss of vehicle control or become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Oshkosh Defense will replace and properly tighten the fasteners, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on February 5, 2026. Oshkosh Corporation (Oshkosh Defense) is recalling certain 2025 NGDV delivery vehicles. The air bag warning label on the sun visor may detach. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."
Risk: A missing label cannot warn occupants about the risks of air bag deployment, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.
Remedy: Oshkosh Defense will replace the sun visor assembly and add an electric shock warning label as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 18, 2025. BACK OVER PREVENTION:DISPLAY FUNCTION
Oshkosh Corporation (Oshkosh) is recalling certain 2025 Defense NGDV ICE 2WD, AWD, and BEV 2WD vehicles. The rearview camera image may not display when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."
Risk: A blank rearview camera display can reduce the driver's rear visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Oshkosh will inspect and replace the head units as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 22, 2025. Owners may contact Oshkosh customer service at 1-800-830-3554. Oshkosh's number for this recall is NGDV_TSB_036. Vehicles that were previously recalled under 24V-928 will need to be inspected and possibly have the head unit replaced again. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.

Oshkosh Corporation (Oshkosh) is recalling certain 2024-2025 ICE 2WD, ICE AWD, and BEV 2WD Next Generation delivery vehicles. The wiper arm nuts may be loose, causing the wipers to fail.
Risk: Windshield wiper failure can reduce driver visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Oshkosh will inspect and tighten the wiper arms as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on April 3, 2025.
