SEATS
Orange EV (OEV) is recalling certain 2022-2023 T-Series Pure Electric Terminal Trucks, 2023-2025 e-TRIEVER, and 2023-2026 HUSK-e terminal trucks. The optional foldaway training seat may fail. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 207, "Seating Systems" and 210, Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages."
Risk: A seat that fails may not properly restraining an occupant during a crash, increasing risk of injury.
Remedy: Owners are advised to limit the use of the the training seat until repairs have been completed. The remedy is currently under development. Interim owner notification letters are expected to be mailed by April 24, 2026. Another notice will be sent once the remedy becomes available. EXTERIOR LIGHTING:HAZARD FLASHING WARNING LIGHTS
Orange EV (OEV) is recalling certain 2017-2024 T-Series, 2023-2025 e-TRIEVER, and HUSK-e terminal trucks. The hazard warning lights may turn off when the ignition is in the 'Off' position. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
Risk: Hazard lights that do not remain on cannot warn other drivers of a disabled vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: OEV field service will install a new hazard light wire harness and update the software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed by November 24, 2025. Orange EV (OEV) is recalling certain 2023-2025 HUSK-e terminal trucks previously remedied under Recall 25V367 (2025-SRC-04). The wrong size washer was installed in the thermal fuse bolted joint during the previous repair.
Risk: The incorrect washer can cause the bus bar connection to loosen or open, resulting in electrical arcing and increasing the risk of a fire.

Orange EV (OEV) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Husk-e terminal trucks. The high voltage short circuit protection system may have an inadequate fuse.
Risk: In the event of a short, the fuse may open too slowly or not at all, increasing the risk of a fire.

STEERING:CRITICAL FASTENERS
Orange EV is recalling certain 2023-2025 HUSK-e, e-TRIEVER, and 2022-2024 T-Series trucks. The bolts securing the upper steering shaft clamp may have been improperly tightened.
Risk: The loose bolts can cause steering system components to separate, resulting in loss of steering control and increasing the risk of a crash.

Orange EV is recalling certain 2023-2024 HUSK-e XP terminal trucks. The rear Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) on the federal placard is incorrect and the installed tires and rims may be inadequate for the truck's intended use. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 120, "Wheels and Rims - Other Than Passenger Cars."
Risk: An incorrect GAWR and an inadequate tire and rim combination can lead to unintentionally overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: OEV will replace the federal placard, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 18, 2025. Owners may contact Orange EV customer service at 1-866-688-5223. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.

EXTERIOR LIGHTING, STRUCTURE:FRAME AND MEMBERS
Orange EV (OEV) is recalling certain 2023-2024 HUSK-e, 2023-2025 e-TRIEVERs, and 2018-2023 T-Series trucks built with frame extenders. The frame extenders obstruct the rear turn signals, reverse, brake, and taillights. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
Risk: Obstructed rear lights can reduce the vehicle's visibility to pedestrians or other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Owners are advised to limit on-road use while operating without a trailer until the remedy is completed. OEV will relocate the rear taillights and replace the original with combination lights, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk were mailed February 21, 2025. Risk: Missing or incorrectly positioned lights and reflectors can reduce the trailers visibility to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Owners are advised to limit on-road use while operating without a trailer until the remedy is available. Orange EV will install front side marker lights and relocate the front reflectors, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 15, 2025.
