Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Forest River Work and Play, 2024-2026 East to West Takoda, Coachmen Chaparral, 2025-2026 Shasta Phoenix, 2023-2025 Forest River Riverstone, 2022-2026 Coachmen Adrenaline, and 2025 Forest River Cedar Creek fifth wheel travel trailers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.
Risk: A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.
Remedy: Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 18, 2026. SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:FOUNDATION COMPONENTS:HOSES, LINES/PIPING, AND FITTINGS
Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2018-2026 Riverstone fifth wheel trailers. The steel hydraulic brake lines may fail and leak brake fluid.
Risk: A brake fluid leak can cause a loss of brake function, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the brake lines, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 19, 2025. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING, EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:ACCESSORY GENERATOR:SOLAR PANEL
Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Riverstone Fifth Wheel trailers. The solar panels may have been incorrectly connected in parallel and instead of in series, causing the wiring to overheat and melt.
Risk: Melted wires increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect the wiring and replace the cable entry plate and solar controller as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 5, 2024.
