EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY:WHEELCHAIR RESTRAINTS/SECUREMENT:CRITICAL FASTENERS
Turtle Top is recalling certain 2026 Terra Transit and Odyssey transit buses. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
Risk: An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 29, 2026. Owners may contact Turtle Top customer service at 1-800-296-2105. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.
