SERVICE BRAKES

FWMOTO INC. (FLYE) is recalling certain 2024 FWMOTO FLY-10 and 2022-2024 FLY E-BIKE FLY-10 scooters. The brake pads may provide insufficient braking performance. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 122, “Motorcycle Brake Systems.”

Risk: Insufficient braking performance can extend the distance required to stop or cause a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

Remedy: FLYE will replace the brake pads, free of charge, or repurchase the scooter. Owner notification letters were mailed March 27, 2026. Owners may contact FLYE customer service at 646-961-5177 or email support@flyebike.com. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.

FWMOTO INC. (FLYE) is recalling certain 2024 FWMOTO FLY-10 and 2022-2024 FLY E-BIKE FLY-10 scooters. The rear wheel hub may be missing the DOT marking. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 123, "Motorcycle Controls and Displays."

Risk: The wheel hub may be improperly assembled or installed without the proper markings to identify the part, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

Remedy: FLYE will replace the rear wheel hub, free of charge, or repurchase the vehicle. Owner notification letters were mailed March 27, 2026. Owners may contact FLYE customer service at 646-961-5177 or email support@flyebike.com. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.
