M H Eby is recalling certain 2020-2022 EBY Generation trailers. The top rear corners are missing the white conspicuity tape. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamp, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
Risk: Missing white conspicuity tape reduces the vehicle's visibility to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: M H Eby will provide a repair kit, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on December 08, 2021. Owners may contact M H Eby customer service at 717-354-4971. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.
