EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY:WHEELCHAIR RESTRAINTS/SECUREMENT:CRITICAL FASTENERS
Diamond Coach Corporation (Diamond Coach) is recalling certain 2025-2026 VIP motorcoaches equipped with certain QRT-360 wheelchair retractors. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
Risk: An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy: Dealers will replace retractors, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 25, 2026. Owners may contact Diamond customer service at 1-800-442-4645. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.
