Braun Ambulances (Braun Ambulances) is recalling certain 2016-2018 Demers MXP150E, MX164E, 2016-2024 Transit TSE, 2024 Transit TXE, and 2018- 2020 Demers Ambulances vehicles. The cushion equipment storage may not have been properly installed, resulting in unsecured equipment.

Risk: Items that detach during transit increase the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the cushion assembly, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 18, 2025. SEAT BELTS

Braun Ambulances (Braun) is recalling certain 2017-2020 Demers TSE and EXE Ambulances for a problem with the seat belt system installed in the rear medical module of the ambulance at the side-facing bench seating positions. Continued use of affected upper seat belt harness may result in a partial or complete separation from its mounting.

Risk: Separation of the upper harness may increase the risk of injury to the occupant in the event of a crash.

Remedy: Braun Ambulances will notify owners, and dealers will remove and reinstall the harness mounting bolts with a modified configuration, free of charge. The recall began November 16, 2020. Owners may contact Braun Ambulances customer service at 1-877-344-9990. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.
