STEERING:LINKAGES:TIE ROD ASSEMBLY
Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2024-2026 ACX (Xpeditor) and DC (Legend) vehicles. The tie rod clamp may have been improperly secured.
Risk: The tie rod clamp can separate from the vehicle, resulting in a loss of steering control and increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Autocar will inspect and secure or repair the tie rod clamp as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 5, 2025. Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2023-2026 ACX (Xpeditor) and DC (Legend) vehicles. The steering wheel nut may be improperly secured, allowing the steering wheel to separate from the steering column.
Risk: A steering wheel separation may result in a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Autocar will inspect and secure the steering wheel nut as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 28, 2025. Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2020-2026 DC (Legend) vehicles. The incorrect blower motor fuse may have been installed.
Risk: An incorrect fuse may fail to trip, allowing the blower to short circuit and increasing the risk of a fire.

Risk: A detached fastener can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
