Timpte, Inc. (Timpte) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Timpte 1420 and 1424 deck trailers. The retaining rod bolts may have been improperly tightened and can fall off, resulting in the folding ramp not being secured.
Risk: An unsecured ramp can increase the risk of injury.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and install new hardware as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 13, 2024. Owners may contact Timpte customer service at 1-402-367-3056. Timpte's number for this recall is 71-14KDO Bolt Recall. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.
