Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Allegro Bay motorhomes. The subframe truss may collapse and pinch the electrical wiring, causing an electrical arc.
Risk: Electrical arcing increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will reinforce the trusses, and repair damage as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 8, 2024. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:12V/24V/48V BATTERY
Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Allegro Bay motorhomes. The standard house batteries may shift position during travel, which can cause the battery terminals to contact the steel hold-down bar.
Risk: Battery terminals that contact the steel hold-down bar can cause electrical arcing and increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will install a new battery hold-down bar and angle brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 29, 2024. EQUIPMENT:RECREATIONAL VEHICLE/TRAILER:LPG SYSTEMS:LINES AND FITTINGS
Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Allegro Bay, Breeze, Phaeton, Red 360, 2023 Allegro and Red 340 motorhomes. The fitting on the non-leaching hose connected to the LPG regulator may leak at the swivel joint.
Risk: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the LPG hose, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 11, 2022.
