International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2016-2026 IC Bus CESB and 2016-2021 RESB school buses. The underfloor reinforcement may not have been installed, compromising the structural integrity of the buses. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) numbers 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages" and 222, "School Bus Passenger Seating and Crash Protection."

Risk: Reduced structural integrity may increase the risk of injury in a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and install a reinforcement channel as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 8, 2025. FUEL SYSTEM, DIESEL:FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM:FUEL RAIL

Navistar, Inc. (Navistar) is recalling certain 2019-2021 IC Bus RE School Buses. The sealing washer may not seat correctly in the pilot bore holes, allowing the high pressure fuel rail assembly to leak.

Risk: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect the rail threads, and replace the rail as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on June 21, 2021. Owners may contact Navistar customer service at 1-800-448-7825. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.

STRUCTURE:EMERGENCY:ESCAPE/EGRESS/EXIT

Navistar, Inc. (Navistar) is recalling certain 2019-2020 IC RE and 2020 IC CE school buses equipped with feature code 48PZP, 48PZR, 48RZY, 48SXV, or 48SZG (Prolo emergency exit roof hatches). Due to a manufacturing issue, the roof hatch external handle may unexpectedly break under reasonable use.

Risk: If the roof hatch external handle breaks, in the event of an emergency, the hatch cannot be easily opened from outside the vehicle, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Navistar will notify owners, and dealers will replace the outer handle, free of charge. The recall began October 7, 2019. Owners may contact Navistar customer service at 1-800-448-7825. Navistar's number for this recall is 19513. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.
