SUSPENSION, WHEELS:LUGS/NUTS/BOLTS/STUDS

Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2025 Serenova travel trailers. The axle bearing nut may have been improperly tightened, causing the bearings to overheat.

Risk: Overheated bearings can increase the risk of a fire or cause the tire to detach from the travel trailer, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the bearings as needed, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 25, 2025. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is 910049. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.
