Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2027 Surveyor recreational trailers. The exterior receptacle may not be wired to a GFCI circuit.

Risk: An outlet without GFCI protection may fail to shut off electrical power when a ground-fault occurs, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will rewire the exterior outlet, free of charge. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-642-3119. Forest River's number for this recall is 37-2103. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2027 Unmapped, Sabre, No Boundaries, Ibex and Surveyor travel trailers. The Federal Placard may state an incorrect fresh water tank capacity. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."

Risk: Incorrect water tank capacity information can allow the vehicle to be overloaded and increase the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the incorrect label, free of charge. Additionally Forest River will mail corrected labels to owners. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed in July 2026. Owners of Surveyor, Ibex, No Boundaries and Unmapped trailers may contact customer service at 1-574-642-3119, or Sabre owners may contact customer service at 1-260-499-2100.
