ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING, EQUIPMENT:RECREATIONAL VEHICLE/TRAILER

Cummins, Inc. (Cummins) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Power Generation C275D2RE trailer-mounted generators. The unsecured wire leads may chafe against the starter motor housing or terminal and short circuit.

Risk: A short increases the risk of electrical shock or a fire.

Remedy: Distributors or warranty repair locations will inspect and repair the generator set wiring harness and secure the wiring leads, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 7, 2025. Owners may contact Cummins customer service at 1-800-286-6467. Cummins' number for this recall is C5807. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.

Cummins, Inc. (Cummins) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Power Generation C275D2RE trailers. The vibration damper cap screws may be improperly tightened, which may cause the damper to separate from the engine.

Risk: A separated damper can become a projectile, striking people nearby and increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect, tighten the cap screws, and repair any damage as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 26, 2024. Owners may contact Cummins customer service at 1-800-286-6467. Cummin's number for this recall C7015. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.
