VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL

Cruise Car, Inc. is recalling certain 2020 Moke low-speed vehicles. The vehicles may be able exceed the 40km/h maximum permissible speed to be classified as a low-speed vehicle. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 500, "Low Speed Vehicles."

Risk: A low speed vehicle than can exceed 40 km/h, increases the risk of injury in the event of a crash.

Remedy: Cruise Car will notify owners, and dealers will calibrate the vehicle's maximum speed, free of charge. The recall began September 9, 2020. Owners may contact Cruise Car customer service at 1-941-929-1630. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.
