SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:FOUNDATION COMPONENTS:DISC:CALIPER

Bombardier Recreational Products, Inc. (BRP) is recalling certain 2025 Can-Am Origin electric motorcycles. A fatigue failure of the front brake caliper support may occur and result in inoperative front brakes.

Risk: Front brake failure increases the risk of crash or injury.

Remedy: BRP will install a caliper support reinforcement kit, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 17, 2026. Owners may contact BRP customer service at 1-888-272-9222. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will become searchable on NHTSA.gov April 28, 2025. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:PROPULSION SYSTEM:TRACTION BATTERY:THERMAL MANAGEMENT:AIR HANDLING/FILTRATION

Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP) is recalling certain 2025 Can-Am Origin and Pulse electric motorcycles. The breather valve may not seal properly and allow moisture or water to enter the high voltage battery.

Risk: Water in the battery can result in a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash. In addition, this could lead to a battery fire when parked or riding, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will install a new protection plate or replace the breather valve if necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 2, 2025. Owners may contact BRP customer service at 1-888-272-9222. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.
