EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY:WHEELCHAIR RESTRAINTS/SECUREMENT:CRITICAL FASTENERS

ARBOC Specialty Vehicles, LLC (ARBOC) is recalling certain 2025 Spirit of Equess, 2026 Spirit of Freedom, Spirit of Independence, and Spirit of Mobility transit buses. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

Risk: An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 24, 2026. Owners may contact ARBOC customer service at 1-866-953-5555. The repair is free at any franchised dealer of your brand.
