What's wrong?
The Klauber Machine B500 slide-out motor in the 2025-2026 Entegra Aspire, Anthem, Cornerstone, and Cornerstone Reserve moves the expandable room in and out of the coach. In normal use, the motor turns the slide mechanism, and a small steel key locks the rotating parts together so the motor's force moves the room instead of slipping.
On affected recreational vehicles, that key was made from non-heat-treated mild steel instead of heat-treated alloy steel.
