Recall 25V337 affects 30,679 2024 Lincoln Nautilus vehicles for blank instrument and rearview-camera displays. Dealer or over-the-air software update is free.
Lincoln is recalling 30,679 2024 Nautilus SUVs because multimedia module software can reboot the panoramic and center displays, leaving the screen blank. That blank display can hide speedometer, warning-light, and rearview camera information and increase crash risk; the Lincoln dealer repair will be free once available.

What's wrong?
The Accessory Protocol Interface Module, called APIM by Lincoln service departments, runs the Phoenix IVI software for the 2024 Nautilus displays. It drives the panoramic display and center display, the screens the driver uses for camera view, gear information, warnings, and other vehicle information.
On included Nautilus vehicles, the module was built with Phoenix IVI software version 1.0.5 or 1.0.7. Several software faults in those versions can force the displays to reset while the vehicle is in use. During a reset, the screen goes blank instead of showing the information the driver expects, including required rear visibility and vehicle status information.
The repair software is version 1.1.3.2 or newer, which includes changes to reduce unexpected screen resets. There is no warning sign before failure. The first thing an owner notices is the panoramic display or center display rebooting or going blank.
Who's affected?
Both listed component areas trace to the same Accessory Protocol Interface Module software.

| Field incidents | NHTSA has logged 1131 field incidents to date. |
A matching year and model does not guarantee inclusion. Check your VIN to confirm whether your specific SUV is included.
What's the safety risk?
A blank instrument display can hide the speedometer and warning lights, taking away information you need while driving. A missing rearview camera image also reduces rear visibility while backing up. Both conditions increase crash risk, so check your VIN and watch for Lincoln's repair instructions. Repair will be free at any franchised Lincoln dealer once available.
What should I do?
- Check your VIN to confirm your 2024 Lincoln Nautilus is included in this recall.
- Confirm whether the software remedy is open for your VIN before scheduling service with a franchised Lincoln dealer.
- Ask the dealer about the free multimedia-module software update that fixes display reboots and blank instrument or rearview camera screens.
- Bring the owner letter if Ford mailed one, or reference recall number 25V337 when you call.
- Call Lincoln customer service at 1-866-436-7332 with questions about the dealer update or the over-the-air software update.
What happens at the repair
Once the final repair is available, a Lincoln technician will update the multimedia module system software at the dealer, or Ford will provide an OTA software update. The update is free under the recall. If you already paid for a related multimedia module software repair before the recall notice, Ford's standard reimbursement plan covers documented expenses. Keep your invoices and ask the Lincoln service desk how to submit the claim.
