What's wrong?

The Truma Aqua Go Water Heater in 2016-2024 Oliver Travel Trailers Legacy Elite and Legacy Elite Ii trailers uses LPG, or propane, to heat water for the coach. Inside the heater, the burner assembly holds and directs the flame in the right place so heat stays inside the water-heater housing and away from nearby wiring.

On affected trailers, the burner assembly was not retained the way the later repair part is built. Six of the eight metal tabs were left unfolded, so the bracket assembly can loosen during use. When it moves, wiring can be damaged and the flame can be aimed away from its intended path inside the heater.

Owners should not count on a sound, smell, warning light, or visible change before the bracket fails. There is no warning sign before failure.
