What's wrong?
The power distribution center on the 2024 Jeep Wrangler is the fuse block that routes electrical power to circuits across the vehicle. On Wranglers equipped with the trailer tow option, it also helps feed the trailer lighting connection, so the trailer turn signals and tail lights work when the trailer is plugged in.
Affected Wranglers were built with the wrong power distribution center for that towing setup. With the incorrect fuse block installed, the trailer lighting circuit is not powered or controlled the way it was designed. The trailer turn signal lights and tail lights can stay off even when the Wrangler's own lights are working.
There is no warning sign before failure unless a trailer is connected. Once a trailer is plugged in, the owner or dealer can see the problem by checking whether the trailer turn signals and tail lights respond to the Wrangler's lighting controls.
Who's affected?
The tail light and turn signal issues share the same power distribution center fuse block.

What's the safety risk?
If your 2024 Wrangler is towing a trailer, failed taillights or turn signals make it harder for other drivers to see braking and lane changes, increasing crash risk. There is no warning before trailer connection, so check trailer lighting before driving with a trailer. Repair is free at any franchised Jeep dealer.
