What's wrong?
The Suburban cooktop in affected 2022-2024 Winnebago Minnie, Voyage, Micro Minnie, HIKE200, and Micro Minnie Flx travel trailers uses lighted control knobs. A small printed circuit board, the flat electrical board that routes power to the LED backlights, sits in the cooktop control panel. When it works correctly, that board powers the knob lights while the range controls gas flow and burner settings.
The problem is in the circuit board for those LED backlights. A manufacturing defect in the board can make it fail and overheat, which can melt the LED light rings around the stove knobs.
