What's wrong?
The turbocharger oil delivery pipe on 2022-2024 Ferrari SF90 Spider and SF90 Stradale vehicles feeds engine oil to the turbocharger. That oil lubricates and cools fast-moving turbocharger parts while the engine is under load. The pipe has to hold pressure and keep oil inside the engine's lubrication system.
On affected vehicles, the pipe was not made to Ferrari's technical drawing. Ferrari found a notch on the outside surface and reduced pipe thickness. Those defects leave the pipe weaker than intended, and oil can leak from the turbocharger oil supply path. Ferrari's repair replaces the incorrect pipe with one that has the correct thickness and no outside notch.
Before failure, the dashboard can show an oil pressure warning light and a limited vehicle performance message. Treat those alerts as signs that oil is not moving through the system as intended.

What happens at the repair
Do not drive the vehicle until the recall remedy is complete. At the dealer, a Ferrari technician replaces the turbocharger oil delivery pipes covered by this recall. The replacement parts and labor are free. Because Ferrari's instructions say not to drive before the work is done, ask the dealer how to handle getting the vehicle in for service without driving it there. Ferrari has a general reimbursement plan on file. If you already paid for a related turbocharger oil delivery pipe repair before the recall notice, ask Ferrari customer service or the dealer how to submit repair documentation.
