What's wrong?
The LPG service valve sits on the propane tank and controls propane flow from the tank into the motorhome's propane system. On these 2021-2023 Fleetwood motorhomes, the affected valve is a RegO 901C3 or 901C5 service valve on a Manchester Tank propane tank. Its POL threads are the connection point where the propane connector tightens against the valve and seals the joint.
On affected valves, the female POL threads were cut to the wrong depth after a manufacturing tool change. That incorrect thread depth prevents the connector from matching the valve correctly. When the connection does not seat and seal as designed, propane can leak at the valve threads instead of staying contained in the tank and line.
An owner can notice this before the repair. A leaking valve can be detected by propane odor, a hissing sound near the tank or valve, or propane level dropping faster than expected.
Who's affected?
Covers Fleetwood and Holiday Rambler motorhome lines from the 2021-2023 model years, all tied to the same RegO service valve in the LPG system.

What's the safety risk?
A leaking propane service valve can release propane. If that propane reaches an ignition source, the fire risk increases. Treat propane smell, a hissing sound, or unexpected propane loss as a reason to stop using propane appliances and call the dealer. Repair is free at any franchised Fleetwood dealer.
What should I do?
- Check your VIN to confirm your 2021-2023 Fleetwood motorhome is included in this recall.
- Contact your nearest franchised Fleetwood dealer to schedule the free LPG service-valve inspection and replacement if needed, which fixes the improper thread depth linked to propane leaks.
- Bring the recall notice if Fleetwood mailed one. If not, reference recall number 22V949 when you call.
- Keep ignition sources away from the LPG tank area until the inspection and any needed repair are complete.
What happens at the repair
At the dealer, a Fleetwood technician inspects the LPG tank service valves and replaces any service valve with improper thread depth. The recall repair is free, with parts and labor covered by the campaign. Fleetwood's filing says a general reimbursement plan is on file, so owners who already paid for a related service valve repair can ask REV customer service how documented expenses are handled under that plan. Keep any repair order, invoice, or payment record with your recall paperwork.
