What's wrong?
The engine air intake box on 2021-2023 Entegra Aspire, Cornerstone, Embark, Reatta, Anthem, and Reatta Xl motorhomes feeds outside air into the engine. That air is needed for combustion, and the box is supposed to manage water that enters around the intake opening. A drain in the bottom of the box lets collected water escape instead of staying near the engine air path.
On affected motorhomes, that drain was left out during manufacturing. Water can collect inside the air intake box, then be drawn toward the engine instead of draining away. The repaired setup has the drain installed in the engine air intake box so water has a path out.
