Recall 22V121 covers 2,643 2018-2023 Entegra Accolade and Seneca motorhomes for inner valve stem damage. Repair is free at a franchised Entegra dealer.
Entegra is recalling 2,643 2018-2023 Accolade, Accolade Xl, Seneca Prestige, and Seneca motorhomes because the tire valve stem extension for the inner wheel can contact the outer wheel rim opening and become damaged. Damage to that extension can cause a loss of tire pressure in the inner wheel, which increases the risk of a crash; Entegra dealers will complete the free repair.

What's wrong?
The inner valve stem extension on the 2018-2023 Entegra Accolade, Accolade Xl, Seneca Prestige, and Seneca motorhomes gives access to the air valve on the inside rear wheel. It lets a service technician or owner check and add air without removing wheel hardware. The extension has to stay secured and clear of the outer wheel rim opening.
In this recall, the extension sits close enough to the outer rim opening that it can rub against the rim while the motorhome is driven. That contact damages the extension and the rim area. If the extension is damaged, the inner tire can lose pressure and the tire valve area needs dealer inspection.
Owners can hear a rattling noise from the wheel area while driving. A visual inspection can show a displaced stabilizer, damage to the stem extension or rim, or low pressure in the inner tire.

What's the safety risk?
Damage to the valve stem extension can let the inner tire lose pressure, increasing crash risk. Listen for rattling from the stem extension near the wheel opening, and treat low inner tire pressure or visible stem damage as a reason to schedule service soon. Repair is free at any franchised Entegra dealer.
What should I do?
- Check your VIN to confirm your 2018-2023 Entegra Accolade, Accolade Xl, Seneca Prestige, or Seneca is included in this recall.
- Contact a franchised Entegra dealer to schedule the free valve-stem-extension service that removes the inner extension and stabilizer for the affected inner wheel.
- Bring the owner letter if you received one. If not, reference recall number 22V121 when you call.
- Drive cautiously until the repair is complete. Check inner tire pressure before trips and stop if the tire loses pressure.
What happens at the repair
At the dealer, an Entegra technician removes the inner valve stem extension and stabilizer so the inner wheel valve stem no longer contacts the outer wheel rim opening. The recall repair is free, with parts and labor covered. Jayco's recall reimbursement plan covers qualifying repairs completed before the recall. If you already paid for this valve stem extension repair, keep invoices and repair paperwork and contact Jayco customer service about submitting the claim.
