What's wrong?
The Programmable Relay Power Center, or PRC, is an electrical control module used on affected 2021-2023 Glaval Bus models and related shuttle bus models. It manages relay circuits, which are the electrical switches that route power to equipment on the bus. When it works normally, those circuits turn connected systems on and off without overheating.
On these buses, the PRC module itself can fail. The supplier reported thermal event failures in affected PRCs, meaning the module can overheat instead of carrying out its relay-control job safely. The recall repair changes the electrical path by adding a jumper wire harness to the recalled PRC setup.
