What's wrong?

The high pressure fuel rail on affected 2017-2021 Mci coaches is part of the Cummins ISX12 diesel engine. It holds diesel fuel under pressure and sends it to the injection system, which meters fuel into the engine for combustion. The rail end sealing washer is supposed to seat tightly in its pilot bore so the joint stays sealed while the engine runs.
