What's wrong?
The D35 idler axle subassembly on these 2021 Pj Trailers U6, C4, Ul, C5, Uc, and U8 trailers carries the wheel hub and lets the wheel rotate squarely on the axle. Inside the hub, the inner bearing supports the hub while grease and the seal keep the bearing protected. The bearing is a small part, but it is what keeps the wheel running straight instead of leaning under load.
On affected trailers, Dexter Axle did not install the inner bearing in the hub subassembly before the axle reached Pj Trailers. That leaves the hub without the support it needs on the inner side of the wheel.
