What's wrong?
The Villa power seat in the 2021 Entegra Reatta Xl, Aspire, Cornerstone, and Anthem motorhomes uses electric wiring under the seat to move the seat through its powered adjustments. That wiring carries battery power to the seat motors, while the seat frame supports the cushion and tracks as the seat moves.
On affected motorhomes, the wiring was routed without enough protection from the seat frame. As the seat moves or vibrates during travel, the frame can rub through the wire insulation. The wiring can also overheat when the electrical load exceeds the 14 gauge wire capacity. Either condition can leave melted wiring under the seat.
There is no warning sign before failure. Owners are not told to expect a light, sound, smell, or seat-motion problem before the wiring overheats or is damaged.

What should I do?
- Check your VIN to confirm your 2021 Entegra Reatta Xl, Aspire, Cornerstone, or Anthem is included in this recall.
- Wait for Entegra or Jayco instructions on the remaining power-seat switch remedy before scheduling that part of the work.
- Contact a franchised Entegra dealer to ask about the free seat-wiring inspection, loom protection, and wire ties that protect the chafed power-seat wiring from short circuits.
- Reference recall number 20V600 and Jayco recall 9903521 when you call the dealer.
- Avoid using the power seat controls if you notice damaged wiring, heat marks, or a burning smell, and park the motorhome until an Entegra dealer gives repair instructions.
- Call Entegra or Jayco customer service at 1-800-517-9137 with questions about owner instructions or dealer scheduling.
What happens at the repair
At the dealer, an Entegra technician will inspect the power seat wiring for missing loom protection, add the needed protection, and secure the wiring with wire ties. The switch and amp capacity portion of the repair is under development, so the completed dealer remedy is not described as ready to schedule. The final dealer repair will be free once available, with parts and labor covered under the recall.
