Recall 20V548 covers 3,113 2016-2019 Jayco motorhomes for leveling-pump brackets that can fail. Repair is free at any franchised Jayco dealer.
Jayco is recalling 3,113 2016-2019 Greyhawk Prestige, Redhawk, Greyhawk, Envoy 200, Esteem, and Odyssey motorhomes under recall 20V548 because brackets for the leveling system hydraulic pump and reservoir can fail and let those parts hit the ground. If that happens, the pump and reservoir can detach or leak hydraulic fluid, increasing crash risk; the dealer repair will be free once Jayco makes it available.

What's wrong?
The leveling system on these 2016-2019 Jayco motorhomes uses hydraulic jacks to steady and level the coach when parked. A hydraulic pump pushes fluid to the jacks, and the reservoir holds that fluid for the system. Mounting brackets are supposed to keep the pump and reservoir fixed to the motorhome frame, clear of the road and ground.
On affected Greyhawk, Redhawk, Envoy 200, Greyhawk Prestige, Esteem, Odyssey, and Redundant Odyssey motorhomes, the brackets were paired with a newer leveling system that was taller and heavier than the prior setup. Jayco's filing for recall 20V548 says that change did not account for the added height and weight. The brackets can fail, allowing the pump and reservoir to drop low enough to strike or drag on the ground.
There is no warning sign before failure. The first thing an owner notices can be the leveling system hanging low, scraping underneath, or damaged after contact with the road or parking surface.

The year and model narrow the scope, but the VIN decides. Check your VIN to confirm whether your specific motorhome is included.
What's the safety risk?
Ground contact can damage the hydraulic pump and reservoir. If the pump or reservoir detaches or leaks hydraulic fluid, crash risk increases. Schedule the bracket repair soon and avoid trips that scrape the underside until the work is complete. Repair will be free at any franchised Jayco dealer once available.
What should I do?
- Check your VIN to confirm your 2016-2019 Jayco or Entegra motorhome is included in this recall.
- Check the Jayco owner notice mailed November 6, 2020, before scheduling; the final bracket repair must be open for your VIN.
- Contact a franchised Jayco dealer and ask about the free additional support bracket repair that keeps the leveling system hydraulic pump and reservoir from contacting the ground.
- Reference recall number 20V548 and Jayco recall 9901519 when you call the dealer.
- Avoid using the leveling system until the dealer confirms the repair path for your VIN.
- Call Jayco customer service at 1-800-517-9137 with questions about owner notice timing or dealer instructions.
