Recall 20V547 covers 166 2019-2020 Reatta, Embark, and Reatta Xl motorhomes for circuit-board overvoltage. Free repair at a franchised Entegra dealer.
Entegra is recalling 166 2019-2020 Reatta, Embark, and Reatta Xl motorhomes because voltage over 17 volts can damage the electronic control center circuit board. A damaged board increases fire risk, and the dealer repair will be free once Entegra opens the remedy.

What's wrong?
The Vegatouch Command Center in the 2019-2020 Reatta, Embark, and Reatta Xl motorhomes is the electronic coach control system. Its circuit board takes owner commands and sends them through the motorhome's electrical controls. The board needs voltage protection so a surge does not damage the components that keep those controls working.
On these motorhomes, the voltage suppression devices on the control board were too small for the job. If the board sees more than 17 volts, such as during a jump start with the wrong battery charger or jump pack, the components on the board can be overloaded and damaged. Jayco traced the defect to the G9 board area of the Firefly Integrations electronic control center after reviewing a motorhome fire.
There is no warning sign before failure. If the motorhome needs a jump start before the recall repair is complete, owners were told to use the battery disconnect switch first.
Who's affected?
Covers three motorhome lines across the 2019 and 2020 model years, all tied to the Vegatouch Command Center electrical system.

A matching year and model does not guarantee inclusion. Check your VIN to confirm whether this recall applies to your specific motorhome.
What's the safety risk?
A damaged circuit board raises the risk of a fire. Incorrect jump-starting with the wrong-size charger or jump pack can overload the control board, and there is no warning sign before this damage occurs. If the motorhome needs a jump before the repair, use the battery disconnect switch as instructed. Repair will be free at any franchised Entegra dealer once available.
What should I do?
- Check your VIN to confirm your 2019-2020 Entegra Reatta, Embark, or Reatta Xl motorhome is included in this recall.
- Watch for the owner notice Jayco mailed on October 13, 2020, or call Entegra customer service at 1-800-517-9137 for current repair instructions.
- Ask a franchised Entegra dealer about the free circuit-module repair that adds over-current protection for the electronic control center circuit board.
- Reference recall number 20V547 and Jayco recall 9903518 when you call.
- Avoid using damaged or suspect electrical equipment until the dealer completes the repair.
What happens at the repair
The dealer repair is still listed as under development. Once Entegra opens it, an Entegra technician will add a circuit module to the existing component board so the electronic control center has overcurrent protection. Parts and labor will be covered under the recall once the repair is available. Jayco has a general reimbursement plan on file for related out-of-pocket repairs paid before the recall notice. Contact Jayco customer service with prior repair paperwork to ask how that plan applies.
