What's wrong?
The driver's seat belt in these Range Rover and Range Rover Sport vehicles uses an Emergency Locking Retractor, the mechanism inside the belt assembly that lets the webbing pull out smoothly during normal driving but locks it in place during a sudden stop or crash.
