What's wrong?
The door latch system on 2017-2019 Ferrari GTC4LUSSO T and GTC4LUSSO vehicles uses a Bowden cable, which is a sheathed pull cable. It connects the outside door handle to the latch inside the door. When the handle is lifted, the cable moves the latch release so the door opens from outside.
