What's wrong?
The windshield wiper arms on the 2019 Entegra Emblem and Vision hold the wiper blades against the glass. In rain, the motor moves those arms across the windshield so the rubber blades clear water and keep the driver's view open. The arms need the right angle and spring pressure to stay planted while the motor runs at high speed.
On affected motorhomes, the supplier-built wiper arms were not made to Entegra specifications. At highway speeds, airflow can lift the arms away from the windshield, especially with the wipers set on high. Once the blade loses contact with the glass, it leaves water behind instead of sweeping the windshield clean.
There is no warning sign before failure. The problem shows up while driving in wet conditions at speed: the wipers run, but the blades lift or skip and the windshield is not cleared the way it should be.
Who's affected?
The Emblem and Vision lines are tied to the same wiper system component.

A matching year and model does not guarantee inclusion. Check your VIN to confirm whether this recall applies to your specific motorhome.
What's the safety risk?
Reduced driver visibility from the wiper system defect can increase the risk of a crash. Keep more space, slow down in rain, and avoid driving when the windshield cannot be cleared. Repair will be free at any franchised Entegra dealer once available.
What should I do?
- Check your VIN to confirm your 2019 Entegra Emblem or Vision motorhome is included in this recall.
- Confirm repair timing with Entegra customer service before scheduling the wiper-system replacement.
- Contact a franchised Entegra dealer once Entegra confirms the free wiper-system replacement is open.
- Bring the recall notice if Entegra mailed one. If not, reference recall number 18V446 and Entegra recall 9903403 when you call.
- Avoid highway driving in heavy rain until the repair is complete, especially if the wipers lift away from the windshield on high speed.
What happens at the repair
Entegra has identified the dealer repair as replacement of the windshield wiper system. Once the repair is available, an Entegra technician will replace the affected wiper system at no charge under the recall. Parts and labor are covered. Entegra also has a general reimbursement plan on file. If you already paid for a related wiper system repair before the recall notice, contact Entegra customer service and ask how to submit repair documentation under that plan.

What should I do if my 2019 Entegra Emblem or Vision is on this recall?
Check your VIN to confirm your specific motorhome is included in recall 18V446. If it is, contact a franchised Entegra dealer to schedule the wiper system replacement. Reference recall number 18V446 and Entegra recall number 9903403 when you call. The repair is free.
Is the recall repair free?
Yes. Federal recall law requires the manufacturer to fix the defect at no cost, and Entegra dealers replace the wiper system free of charge. That coverage applies to the recall repair itself, including the required parts and labor.
Is it safe to drive my Entegra motorhome in the rain?
