What's wrong?
The affected 2015-2017 Holiday Rambler motorhomes use an Onan 5.5 Kilowatt Generator with an external fuel pump and an in-line fuel filter. The pump feeds fuel to the generator, and the filter catches debris before fuel reaches the generator engine. Both parts need to stay firmly mounted under the chassis.
On these Vacationer Xe, Storm, Admiral Xe, Flair, Terra, and Bounder Classic motorhomes, the pump and filter were secured the wrong way. Instead of proper fasteners and insulated mounting clamps, they were attached with nylon wire ties. That leaves generator fuel-system parts without the intended support on the underside of the motorhome.
